Even before the lineup announcement, the Festival Franco-Ontarien would like to thank everyone who purchases their pass early.

Until February 9 at 11:59 p.m., anyone who purchases at least one pass is automatically entered for a chance to enjoy an enhanced experience in l’Aire des Amis (VIP area).

No additional entry is required.
Already purchased your pass? Perfect. You are automatically entered into the contest.

Five winners will have their order upgraded and will receive access to l’Aire des Amis, a welcoming space offering exclusive perks to fully enjoy the Festival.

Frequently Asked Questions – Pre-Lineup Sale

❓ What is the pre-lineup sale?
It is a ticket sale period that opens before the festival lineup is announced. Festival-goers can purchase their passes at a discounted rate.

❓ Which types of tickets are available during the pre-lineup sale?
During this period, only general admission passes are available, including:

  • Regular pass

  • Student pass

  • 60+ pass

  • Free pass for children aged 14 and under

❓ Are tickets required for children even if they are free?
Yes. All children must obtain a required free ticket to ensure proper capacity management on site. No child will be admitted without a ticket.

❓ Can I buy a day ticket during the pre-lineup sale?
No. Day tickets will go on sale once the lineup is announced.

❓ Can I purchase a Friends’ Zone pass during the pre-lineup sale?
No. Passes for the Friends’ Zone will only be available when the festival lineup is announced.

❓ Can I convert my general admission pass purchased during the pre-lineup sale into a Friends’ Zone pass?
No. Passes purchased during the pre-lineup sale cannot be converted into another category, including the Friends’ Zone.

❓ Are pre-lineup tickets available in limited quantities?
No. Pre-lineup tickets are not limited. We want as many people as possible to be able to benefit from them.

❓ Are tickets refundable or exchangeable?
No. All Festival Franco-Ontarien tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including those purchased during the pre-lineup sale.
