Originally from L’Orignal, Ontario, this proud Franco-Ontarian began her career at a young age, releasing three albums and touring across Francophone Canada—all before the age of 18. She performed on some of Ontario’s biggest stages, including a standout appearance at the Jeux de la Francophonie.

Manon Séguin then made her mark internationally as a musical theatre and revue performer. Upon returning to Quebec, she became a backup vocalist for several renowned artists, including Mario Pelchat and the band Les BB.

After years of anticipation, Manon is back with a brand-new EP of original songs, the fruit of over a decade of touring alongside her husband, Christian Marc Gendron. She gained notable public attention during the Piano Man tour and especially with her performance on La Voix in 2020.

This EP features four long-awaited original songs. Manon surrounded herself with top talent, including producers Mario Sévigny and Christian Marc Gendron, who also penned two of the tracks: Dis-moi comment and À travers. Gendron also composed the music for La valse du temps, with lyrics by Nelson Minville. Rounding out the EP are Voleur de rêves, written by Christian Sbrocca and Richard Turcotte.

“À travers” is, in many ways, a reflection of Manon’s life journey—an emotionally powerful collection that delivers her story with intensity and heart.
